Las Brisas is conveniently located near windsurf stations and restaurants. Beach access is less than a one minute walk from your front door.

Upstairs

Master bedroom features 1 queen size bed plus a twin bed which doubles as a couch if not needed for sleeping. Amenities include custom made wicker furniture, decorator bedspread and drapes, vaulted hardwood ceiling, Italian tile floor, ceiling fan, large closet and a clock radio. A sliding glass door leads to the large balcony which offers a fabulous view of the desert to the east, the mountains to the north and a view of the sea to the south. For you early risers, the balcony provides a great view of the sunrise over the desert. Plus, a hammock is included for those afternoon naps or a relaxing place to enjoy a good book.

The second bedroom features a queen size bed, custom made wicker furniture, decorator bedspread and drapes, large closet, vaulted hardwood ceiling, Italian tile floors, ceiling fan and a clock radio. The custom dutch hardwood windows open to allow the pleasant Caribbean breezes to flow through the townhouse. All rooms feature framed Caribbean prints by Andrea Beloff.

Two fully tiled bathrooms, one located on each floor, feature full sized hot water showers, tile or granite countertops, decorator faucets, and big fluffy towels.

Downstairs

The spacious living room features Italian tile floors, 2 ceiling fans, double futon couch, custom made wicker furniture covered in a decorator tropical print,, and a rattan entertainment center. A television, VCR, stereo, large collection of movies and windsurf videos, plus a small library of paperback novels complete this comfortable room.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all cooking utensils and dinnerware for 6 people. The granite eating bar with barstools provides a natural gathering place for friends or family. Appliances include a full sized refrigerator, 2 burner stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot and blender to make cooking a light lunch or a gourmet meal a breeze. The sink features a Multi-Pure water filter to provide safe drinking water.

Sliding glass doors in the kitchen lead to a private garden patio. A large octagonal table with umbrella provide the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or dining "al fresco" which is a tradition in the Caribbean.

The townhouse has a large central air conditioner, but for those of you who prefer to enjoy the pleasant evening breezes of El Yaque, all windows and sliding doors are screened.

Facilities:
Enjoy breakfast on the private patio or take an afternoon nap in the hammock. After a full day of windsurfing its the perfect place to "un-wind".
